Building is in our blood. Before Whitis Contracting, there was Whitis Construction, and before that, a family of framers and craftsmen who helped frame homes across the region, including work for some of Central Kentucky's best-known builders.
Ethan grew up around the trade, learning what solid work looks like. That is the standard we hold every crew to today, backed by more than fifty years of building in the family.
We started Whitis Contracting to do it a better way. Homes built by the people who swing the hammers, priced honestly up front, and delivered without surprises.
We build with craftsmanship, honesty, and accountability, and we treat every home like it is our own. Family first We treat your home like our own and you like one of us, not just another project on the schedule.
Most of what goes wrong in a build comes down to budget surprises and a builder who disappears. We built our process so neither happens.
Our own crews handle the site work, framing, and build, so we control the quality and the schedule.
A fixed-price contract means the numbers are the numbers. No guessing, no going over budget halfway through.
Photos, selections, and your schedule live in one place through BuilderTrend. Follow every step without chasing anyone.
We are a tight-knit, family-owned crew that treats your home like our own. From the first walkthrough to the final finish, you work with the same people who design, plan, and build your project from the ground up.
