Building is in the Whitis blood. Before Whitis Contracting, there was Whitis Construction, and before that, a family of framers and craftsmen who helped frame homes across the region, including work for some of Central Kentucky's best-known builders.
Ethan grew up around the trade, learning what solid work looks like long before it became his own company. That is where the standard came from, and it is the same standard we hold every crew to today. More than fifty years of building experience runs through this team, and you feel it in the details.
We started Whitis Contracting to do things a better way. Homes built by the people who actually swing the hammers, priced honestly up front, and delivered without the surprises that give building a bad name.
